Up to the Minute Construction Photos (well, up to the day, anyway)

Today was a big day - the first pour of cement!

Here is the cement mixing crew. When mortar was needed for the masonry work, Christopher worked alone on mixing up the cement, but for such a big slab, most of the crew was involved in the mixing process.

Mudzilla was a great help in transporting the cement. Russell is unloading the cement which will become the floor of the porch.

Wait a minute - who's driving that machine?

Tah dah! The completed porch floor.

Wow Trish!
I can't wait to sit on that porch and feel the cool breeze and watch the clouds over Celaque...
I just returned from St. Peter's Macclenny (FL) where we packed up boxes and boxes of stuff for the Honduran pastors and their families. It was so fun! Next week Cathy P and I will take it to the port in Tampa. We all send our love especially Ralph and Aggie, Beverly, and Ryan, and the Webbs.
Love Beth

One church in Columbus donated childrens clothing to you and I have two dental chairs and some equipments I want to bring down there. is there anyone who can take them to container? I talked to friends in Pittsburgh and I am not sure if they can come up with transportation. and when is the container leaving?
