People in the know are starting to comment that the level of mess in the house is starting to subside, but that is a relative thing. Here is a picture from just two days ago:

For two days this week, our missionary friends, the Wards, came from Santa Rosa de Copan to help make up gift boxes. Today, Ellen, who works in a nearby village with the Peace Corps came to help. We are so blessed to have these additional workers!
Many people send us gift packages, already put together to give to a family or a child, and that simplifies some of our work. But whether we are using a prepared box or organizing from items sent in bulk, we appreciate so much all of the donated items which make it possible for us to give these gifts.

Oh Trish
It gives me such joy to see the things that we gathered and sorted and boxed and labeled and drove to Tampa to put in the container finally arriving and being delivered to these dear Honduran pastors and their families!! To think of all the hands involved in making this happen! I am humbled and honored to be just one pair of those hands. Keep up the good work and give our love to Ellen.

Way to go guys!!!!
Lots of Love!!!!
This looks like so much work, but maybe fun in the process too. I just sent lots of things off to people from our church who were headed to Haiti for Christmas. Pencils, sharpeners, combs, toothbrushes, ponytail holders and a special box for the child we support down there. I'm glad so see that on the other end of this giving process that people are happy to receive. God bless you and the work you do.
