This is a common sight up here in the mountains of Lempira. Many country homes have an outdoor oven like this one. Some are more picturesque than others, but I just think they look so fun!I've done plenty of outdoor cooking in my years, so I know this would be a lot of work. I don't really want to depend on an oven like this in the production of my meals . . . I just want to have one in my yard, looking picturesque, I guess.

Thanks so much for this video! I've received many loafs of this bread/cake formed in those sardine cans. Now I will appreciate them even more, knowing what went into the production.

Oh, I would love an outdoor oven like that. Like you I probably wouldn't use it all that much because the weather here is very cold most of the year. Bread would be fun to bake in this oven.
